Our Mission
INOV8R Press produces thought-provoking books, guides, and educational content that sit at the intersection of science, storytelling, and systems thinking. Our work spans fiction and nonfiction from future-forward thrillers to practical handbooks on innovation leadership.
Our Founder
I’m Mike Anderson an innovator, R&D strategist, systems engineer, and lifelong problem-solver with a passion for turning ambitious ideas into working technologies through operational rigor balanced with strategic perspective.
With over 30 years of experience spanning defense, aerospace, and advanced technologies, I’ve led innovation portfolios at the intersection of emerging tech and real-world needs. My work has ranged from front-line engineering aboard Navy ships and submarines to spearheading cross-sector research initiatives for one of the world’s largest technology companies.
I enjoy engaging with innovation communities to share best practices on how to manage multi-disciplinary teams, launch innovation pipelines from zero to scale, and together we can navigate the complex space between ideas, implementation, and impact.
